Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINE

Eligibility: Open to students, researchers, academics, and professionals in IT-related fields worldwide.

Submitted posters will be assessed based on four key aspects:

  • Innovation and Originality (30%) : The novelty and contribution of the research in the field of IT.
  • Scientific Quality and Technological Feasibility (30%) : The accuracy of research methods and the applicability of the proposed technology.
  • Impact and Relevance (20%) : The potential benefits of the research for society, industry, or technological advancement.
  • Visual Design and Clarity (20%) : Layout, readability, and effectiveness in conveying information.
Poster Submission Format
  • File format: PNG, PDF, or TIFF (high-resolution)
  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for optimal print quality
  • Aspect ratio: A1 size (594mm x 841mm) or similar proportions
  • Content should be clear, visually appealing, and well-structured
